Exchanges can only be done within the first 30-days period. There is an exchange fee of $250 to cover the transport of bed back to the warehouse. The original packaging must be kept. Any damage to mattress or base upon return without the correct packaging will result in an additional fee being charged. Please note that soiled mattresses cannot and will not be exchanged or returned, so ensure to use a mattress protector at all times. No returns or refunds on pillows.
